Lindsay Massillon was born and raised in central New Jersey and attended Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Upon graduation, Lindsay decided to head to the Sunshine State and attended Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law School in Davie, Florida. After her first year, Lindsay was selected to join Nova’s Law Review as a Junior Staff Member where her article “Changing Florida’s Dazed and Confused Past: How Recent Legislation Provides More Options for Sentencing Drug Addicted Offenders” was selected for publication. During her final year at Nova, Lindsay served as a Secretary for the Public Interest Law Society, and Sources Editor for the 35th Volume of the Nova Law Review.

While attending Nova, Lindsay worked for Law Offices of Charles Eiss as a Law Clerk. After graduation from Nova in 2011, Lindsay joined the Firm as an Associate and became Partner and Vice President of the Firm in January 2017. Lindsay is skilled in handling all types of work ­related claims, from discrimination to wage and hour violations. Always attentive to her client’s unique facts and ever­-changing law, Lindsay assists both employee and employer clients with understanding potential claims, defenses, and litigation process. Lindsay always strives to make legal terms of art understandable to non-lawyers so that all clients and potential clients understand their rights.

Lindsay is admitted in Florida and in the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. She currently holds the title of Treasurer for the Broward County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section and actively volunteers for Legal Aid Service of Broward County. Lindsay is dedicated to the community as well and seeks out opportunities to give back and volunteer. For several years, Lindsay was a Community Partner for the Women’s Breast and Heart Initiative, an organization which supplies free and reduced-cost heart and breast screenings to under-served women.

Lindsay lives in Sunrise with her husband, Mike. Lindsay’s passions include all things Giants, Yankees, Scarlet Knights, and Seminoles…and baking.
